Flowers are not only beautiful, but they also bring powerful emotions and sentiment. A close friend of mine brought me flowers last year for my birthday. I was having a really hard day with my children and was on the brink of a meltdown. Just as I was about to lose it, I got a text and there were flowers at my door! I will never forget that day and how those flowers and my friend made me feel. They brought a smile to my face and completely turned my day around. They saved me from a meltdown! Posy Blue was already in the works but that moment was proof that this is the business for me. I want to bring beautiful flowers to other people. I want others to feel the same way I did when I opened my door and saw a bouquet of beautiful flowers.
I told my husband that the tag line for Posy Blue should be "the best flowers are the flowers you don't expect". Flowers on Valentine's Day or Mother's Day are nice, but the ones that truly bring a smile to your face and brighten your day are the ones you don't expect.
